SC'07 Demos

The Seelab will give a presentation on our current research projects using latest large-scale collaborative visualization compabilities by demonstrating using data from latest IPCC climate modeling runs on the annual SC conference in Reno, NV. The collaborative live demo will be conducted continuously from personal computers as well as laptops in ORNL booth and on the exhibit floor during the 3-day exhibit. All large-scale query-driven collaborative visualization are accessed solely through a web-browser this time!

VCB first public release, version 1.0

After beta testing for 9 months, the Seelab has made its first public releast of the Visualization CookBook library it has developed with its collaborators. For more information, please see our intro page.

The Seelab will give a presentation on our current research projects using latest collaborative visualization compabilities by demonstrating using data from latest DOE SciDAC Terascale Supernova Initiative runs on the annual SC conference in Tempa, FL. The collaborative live demo will be conducted in ORNL booth and Vanderbilt booth simultaneously at 10am-11am.

Seelab Talk for ACM SIGGRAPH E. Tenn Chaper

On January 12, 2006, the Seelab will give a presentation on our current research projects for the audience of ACM SIGGRAPH chapter of East Tennessee, at 7pm in Room 206, Claxton Complex.

SC'05 Demos

The Seelab, joint with the LoCI lab, will demonstrate a distributed infrastructure for large-scale volume visualization on the annual SC conference in Seattle, WA. The times are 3-4pm on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. The location of the demo will be in the Vanderbilt booth on the Exhibition floor.

The 2005 IEEE Conference on Visualization, the premier international forum for visualization research and technology, will be held on October 23-28, 2005 in Minneapolis, MN, USA.

Seelab Demos

The Seelab will host an open demonstration of our current research at 11am - 12 noon. Everybody interested in visualization is welcome. Seelab demos will be shown in Rooms 212, 211, 234 and 202 in Claxton Complex. Detailed demonstration schedule coming soon.
